02. DO YOU OFFER VIDEO?
Elegant Moments specializes in the field of photography. Although it seems similar, video is quite different and is not offered. At the time of inquiry, please mention that you are looking for a video, and we will provide you with a recommendation of a trusted videographer.
03.Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible monthly payment plans. During the booking process, you'll have the option to choose how many months you'd like to break your total balance into. Payments will be automatically scheduled to make the process hassle-free.
04. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?
I know how important family photos are, so I make the process smooth and efficient while keeping it relaxed and enjoyable. Before the wedding, I work with you to create a family photo list, ensuring we capture all the important groupings. On the wedding day, I guide and organize everyone so we can get through the photos quickly, allowing you to get back to celebrating while still preserving these meaningful moments.
05. When do we receive our photos?
You can expect to receive your fully edited wedding photos within 6-8 weeks after the wedding. I always strive to get them to you as soon as possible while ensuring every image is perfect and ready for you to enjoy!
06. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, I offer engagement sessions! It’s a great way for us to get to know each other better and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day. Plus, it gives us the opportunity to create some beautiful, relaxed photos that reflect your love story.
07. Do you charge travel fees?
